Qr360 Legal

Disclaimer

This Disclaimer explains important limits regarding the use of Qr360, the QR generator, website content, advertising, and third-party destinations. It is intended to help visitors understand what the website can and cannot guarantee.

1. General Information Only

Content on Qr360 is provided for general information, practical guidance, and convenience. It may explain how QR codes work, how to improve scan reliability, how to choose an error correction level, and how to prepare QR images for digital or print use. This content is not legal, financial, medical, security, engineering, or professional advice.

Visitors should evaluate their own requirements before using a QR code in important materials. A QR code placed on packaging, event signage, payment pages, legal documents, health communications, or regulated notices may require additional review beyond the information provided on this website.

2. QR Code Accuracy Depends on User Input

The generator encodes the text or URL provided by the user. If the input contains a typo, incomplete URL, wrong domain, outdated link, or misleading text, the generated QR code will reflect that input. Qr360 cannot verify every destination, campaign, message, or file that a user chooses to encode.

Before downloading, sharing, or printing a QR code, users should scan the preview and verify that the destination opens correctly. For printed materials, it is wise to test the final design at the real print size, under realistic lighting, and with multiple phones or scanning apps.

3. Static QR Codes Do Not Automatically Update

The generator creates static QR codes. A static QR code contains the encoded text or URL directly. Once it is downloaded or printed, the image does not automatically change. If a QR code points to a web page, the destination can still change because the website at that URL can be edited, moved, redirected, or taken offline by its owner.

Users who need editable destinations, tracking dashboards, campaign redirects, or dynamic QR management should use a dedicated dynamic QR service and review that provider’s terms, privacy practices, and pricing. Qr360’s local generator is focused on straightforward static QR code creation.

4. Scan Reliability Is Not Guaranteed

Qr360 aims to create standard, high-contrast QR codes, but scanning can be affected by many factors. These include camera quality, scanning app behavior, browser rendering, file compression, print resolution, ink spread, glare, curved surfaces, low contrast, small size, damaged materials, distance, motion, and the density of the QR matrix. A QR code that scans well on a screen may perform differently on a label, flyer, package, billboard, or fabric.

Users are responsible for testing the final QR code in the actual environment where it will be used. Important campaigns should include quality checks before mass printing or publication.

5. Third-Party Destinations

QR codes can link to third-party websites, documents, apps, payment pages, forms, social profiles, maps, downloads, and other destinations. Qr360 does not control those destinations and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, accuracy, accessibility, or privacy practices. A link that is safe at one time may change later if the destination owner edits the page or loses control of the domain.

Visitors should be careful when scanning QR codes from unknown sources. Users who create QR codes should avoid using them in deceptive, harmful, or unlawful ways. Any destination used in a QR code should be appropriate for the expected audience.

6. Advertising Disclaimer

Qr360 may display advertisements supplied by third-party advertising partners. Advertising helps support public access to the website, but ads are separate from the site’s core utility and content. The appearance of an advertisement does not mean that Qr360 endorses the advertiser, product, service, claim, pricing, availability, or landing page.

Visitors should independently review advertiser terms, product details, privacy notices, refund rules, and safety information before interacting with an ad, buying a product, submitting personal information, or downloading software. Qr360 does not control every third-party ad impression or advertiser landing page.

7. No Professional Relationship

Using the website, reading content, or generating a QR code does not create a professional, advisory, agency, partnership, or client relationship between the visitor and Qr360. Contacting the site does not guarantee a response, consultation, or professional service.

8. Browser and Device Differences

The generator is designed for modern browsers with JavaScript and canvas support. Older browsers, locked-down devices, script blockers, unusual privacy settings, or unsupported environments may prevent the generator from working correctly. Users should keep browsers updated and test downloaded files before relying on them in production.
