Qr360 Legal
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you access https://qr360.co, use the QR generator, download QR code images, or rely on information published on the website. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
1. Description of the Website
Qr360 is a browser-based QR code generator and informational website. The generator allows visitors to enter text, URLs, and other text-based content, choose an error correction level, preview the QR code, and download a PNG image. The website may also include help articles, frequently asked questions, legal pages, advertising, and related informational content.
The generator creates static QR codes. A static QR code directly contains the encoded text or URL. Once downloaded or printed, the image does not automatically update unless the user creates a new QR code. If the QR code points to a website, the owner of that destination website is responsible for keeping the destination available and accurate.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Qr360 or use it in a way that harms the site, other users, third parties, or the public. Prohibited use includes attempting to disrupt the website, bypass security features, send malicious requests, scrape the service excessively, introduce malware, infringe intellectual property rights, mislead users, or create QR codes that support fraud, phishing, impersonation, illegal activity, harassment, or deceptive practices.
You are responsible for the content you encode. If you create a QR code that links to a page, file, payment destination, form, social profile, or download, you must ensure that the destination is lawful, accurate, and appropriate for the people who may scan it. You should not use a QR code to hide or disguise harmful content.
3. Generated QR Codes
Subject to these terms, you may download and use QR codes generated through the website for personal, educational, internal, commercial, or marketing purposes. This includes use on printed materials, packaging mockups, event signs, business cards, digital documents, presentations, and websites. Before publishing or printing a QR code, you should test it with multiple devices and scanning conditions.
Qr360 does not guarantee that every scanner, camera, app, operating system, or device will scan every QR code in every situation. Scan reliability can be affected by size, distance, lighting, contrast, print quality, material, surface curvature, damage, compression, cropping, color changes, surrounding design, and the amount of encoded data. You are responsible for testing the final QR image in the environment where it will be used.
4. No Account or Ownership Transfer
The website does not require an account to generate a QR code. Downloading a QR image does not transfer ownership of the Qr360 website, codebase, design, brand, content, or underlying technology. The site name, layout, written content, scripts, interface elements, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rules unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, resell, frame, mirror, redistribute, or present the website itself as your own service without permission. You may not remove notices, interfere with ads, or use automated tools to place unreasonable load on the site.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any content you enter, ensuring that links are correct, and confirming that the generated QR code points where you intend. A small typo in a URL can send scanners to the wrong destination. A changed landing page can also make a printed QR code misleading, even if the QR code image itself has not changed.
You should not encode passwords, private keys, confidential documents, regulated personal data, payment credentials, or other sensitive information unless you have a clear and lawful reason to do so and understand the consequences. QR codes can be copied, photographed, scanned, forwarded, and indexed in contexts outside your control.
6. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The site may display advertising or use third-party services for hosting, analytics, security, performance, and measurement. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Qr360 is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party websites, advertisers, networks, tools, or destinations linked through user-created QR codes.
Advertisements, if shown, are separate from the generator’s core function. An ad appearing on the website does not mean Qr360 endorses every advertised product or service. Visitors should evaluate third-party offers independently before relying on them, purchasing products, submitting information, or downloading software.
7. Website Content
Information on the website is provided for general educational and practical purposes. Help content may explain QR code usage, scanning tips, error correction, printing considerations, privacy considerations, and other topics. Although the site aims to provide useful and accurate information, content may not cover every circumstance or technical edge case.
You should use your own judgment before relying on any website content for business-critical campaigns, regulated communications, safety instructions, legal notices, medical information, financial transactions, or other high-impact use cases. Professional review may be appropriate when a QR code is part of a compliance-sensitive workflow.
8. Availability and Changes
Qr360 may be modified, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. Features, layouts, scripts, policies, links, and content may change as the website is improved or maintained. The site may also experience downtime due to hosting issues, browser changes, maintenance, network problems, security events, or third-party service interruptions.
You are responsible for keeping copies of QR images that matter to you. If you depend on a QR code for a campaign or printed material, store the final approved file safely and test the destination before production.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and generator are provided on an “as available” basis. Qr360 does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, universal scanner compatibility, suitability for a particular purpose, or that generated QR codes will meet every technical or commercial requirement. Use of the site is at your own discretion and risk.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to every user. Where limitations are not permitted, the limitation should apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Qr360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, campaigns, printed materials, or reputation arising from use of the website or generated QR codes. This includes issues caused by incorrect input, broken destinations, scanning failures, third-party services, browser problems, or misuse of QR codes.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page at https://qr360.co/contact/. Include the relevant page URL and a concise explanation of the issue so the request can be reviewed.
